Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog?
Only service dogs are allowed in the maze, no exceptions. You are welcome to walk your friendly leashed dog in the parking lot, but no pets are allowed near the food, play areas, hayrides, or pumpkin patch.

Can I take a stroller or wheelchair in the maze?
Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome in the maze, but due to the soft and uneven ground surface, they may not work well unless they have bicycle wheel tires. You are not required to climb a bridge to successfully navigate through the corn maze.

How long does it take to go through the maze?
The length of time required varies greatly, but the average time to go through the maze is about one hour. There are no refreshments or toilets within the maze, but there are benches to rest on. The kiddie maze is much simpler and requires only about 15 minutes. to complete.

What if I get lost?
We hope so! It’s designed to be that way. While everyone does get lost to different degrees, we have designed the maze to be an interactive activity that makes a trip inside the maze more than just a walk through some corn. Uniformed corn cops are located throughout the maze to help guide you, if you want, or to escort you out quickly if the need arises.

What if it rains?
The corn maze will close for the day if considerable rain occurs or is predicted. All closings will be posted on the home page of this website by 9 am. Unfortunately, due to the low lying topography, the maze may also close following heavy rains due to flooding, even if the sun is shining. Please check the website if there is any doubt.

Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes, we sell hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, fried dough, kettle corn, apples, candy, various snacks, water, juice, and soft drinks.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For ticket and pumpkin sales, we accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do NOT accept personal checks. Food purchases require cash payment.

How do you make the maze?
In June, we plant a solid block of corn in orthogonal directions. Then a month later, our partners at the world's largest maze company (The Maize, Inc.) come in and cut it for us in the design that we specify. Exactly how they do it, we can't say, but the results are amazing!
